It’s strawberry season in Texas, and what better way to indulge than a strawberry galette?

Housemade puff pastry tucked in almond & peanut cream, topped with Texas strawberries, and a little (read: a lot) of sparkle sugar. No whipped cream on this guy the photo is old give me a break, but definitely add a pint of ice cream to serve with.
